Our guarantee

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return

Sign in to your account and select the order, or contact [email protected] with your order number. We will email you a prepaid return label.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, start a standard return and place a new order. Exchanges ship as soon as the replacement is available.

Condition requirements

Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached. Furniture that has been assembled or customized may be subject to a restocking fee.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, personalized or made-to-order pieces, and opened bedding or bath linens cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
